Below it, two sleek pavé-lined open arms curve inward to frame a luminous open teardrop, inside which a cascade of pear and marquise CZ stones blooms like the heart of a flower in full radiance. From this, five pavé drop tassels hang freely — each one a trembling, shimmering world of its own.
