Cancellation Policy

Plans change, and we understand. You can cancel your Miayaa order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched, and we will refund you in full.

Cancellation window

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

How to cancel your order

  2. Share your details

    Include your order number, the email address used at checkout and your reason for cancelling.

  3. We confirm your request

    We confirm your cancellation within 12 hours of receiving your email.

  4. Receive your refund

    Approved cancellations are refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

Refund on cancellation

If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Cancellation is the only case in which we refund a payment. We do not offer refunds on delivered orders.

Orders that cannot be cancelled

  • Orders that have already been dispatched
  • Custom or personalised jewellery
  • Orders placed during special sales or promotional events, unless the item is defective
