Cancellation Policy
At Miayaa Lifestyle, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation Window
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please email us immediately at miayaalifestyle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the item, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:
- Custom or personalised jewellery orders
- Orders that have already been shipped
- Orders placed during special sales or promotional events (unless the item is defective)
Refund on Cancellation
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
How to Cancel
Email us at miayaalifestyle@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Your reason for cancellation
We will confirm your cancellation request within 12 hours of receiving your email.
