Frequently asked questions

Where is my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking link by email or SMS. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. If you cannot find your tracking link, contact us with your order number.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Email miayaalifestyle@gmail.com with your order number within 12 hours of placing it. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on delivered orders. If your piece arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos and we will exchange it free of charge.

Do you do corporate or bulk gifting?

Do you ship outside India?

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within India only, with free shipping on every order.
