Before you order

  • Every product page lists the piece's details. For anything else, such as materials or gifting, just ask us.
  • Pay securely with credit or debit cards, UPI or net banking.
  • Shopping for someone special? Explore our Gifts for Her and Gifts for Him.

Your order, looked after

  • An order confirmation email is sent as soon as you place your order.
  • Need a change? You can modify or cancel within 12 hours, before dispatch.
  • Shipping is free across India, and most orders arrive within 5–7 business days.
  • A tracking link is sent by email or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

If something is not right

If your jewellery arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we make it right:

  1. Tell us within 48 hours

    Email miayaalifestyle@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Send clear photos

    Show the damage to the piece and its packaging.

  3. We arrange the exchange

    We reply within 24–48 hours and cover the return shipping.

  4. Your replacement arrives

    If it is out of stock, we restock within 7 days and then deliver it.

Caring for your jewellery

  • Put your jewellery on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray.
  • Take it off before swimming, bathing, exercising or sleeping.
  • Wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear.
  • Store each piece separately in its pouch or box, away from moisture.

How do I keep my jewellery shining?
