Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favourite pieces to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods including cards, UPI, and net banking.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please email us immediately at miayaalifestyle@gmail.com with your order number.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders (India) are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders above a certain value. Check our current promotions for details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging. Earrings, custom pieces, and sale items are non-returnable. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
How do I initiate a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are accepted for manufacturing defects only. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.

Our jewellery is crafted using high-quality materials including brass, sterling silver, and alloy bases with gold or rhodium plating, adorned with crystals, cubic zirconia, and gemstones.
