miayaa.com is operated by Miayaa Lifestyle & Personal Care Pvt Ltd ("Miayaa Lifestyle", "Miayaa", "we", "us"), GSTIN 19AAVCM2270L1ZR, 1st Floor, 8/A Ripon St, Park Street, Kolkata, West Bengal 700016, India. These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when you use our website and buy our products.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• Please give accurate, complete information when you place an order or create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login details safe.
• Please do not misuse the website, for example by attempting to hack it, disrupt it, copy it in bulk or use it for anything unlawful.

Miayaa makes demi-fine jewellery in brass, sterling silver and alloy bases with gold or rhodium plating, set with crystals, cubic zirconia and gemstones.

We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Plated finishes need care to stay beautiful: please follow our jewellery care guide.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept credit and debit cards, UPI and net banking through our secure checkout.

Prices can change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

After you place an order, we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we refund you in full.

Shipping is free on every order across India, and orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days. We currently deliver within India only. See Shipping & Delivery for details.

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched, by emailing miayaalifestyle@gmail.com with your order number. Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders that have been dispatched, custom or personalised pieces, and orders placed during special sales or promotional events (unless the item is defective) cannot be cancelled.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on delivered orders. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will exchange it, covering the return shipping. See Returns, Refunds & Exchanges for the full policy.

All content on miayaa.com, including our designs, photographs, text, graphics and logo, belongs to Miayaa Lifestyle & Personal Care Pvt Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Product reviews on miayaa.com are published only after the reviewer confirms a one-time code sent to their email address, and each email can review a product once. If the email address also placed an order for that piece, the review shows a Verified buyer badge. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience with the piece.

If you send us a review, photo, video or message, or tag us on social media, you give us permission to feature it on our website and social channels, with credit to you. Please do not share anything that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or belongs to someone else.

Miayaa Lifestyle may hide or remove any review at its discretion, for example if it breaks these rules, contains personal information or is not about the product. We do not remove reviews just because they are negative.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
